YOKWOK offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $12.99.
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Some YOKWOK products (including large dog kennels, chicken coop runs, and sectional sofas) are classified as oversized freight items. These ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive large freight shipments.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. For assistance with tracking, contact us at support@yokwok.com.
At this time, YOKWOK ships to addresses within the United States only. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and will announce international availability when it becomes available.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, if applicable).

To start a return, email support@yokwok.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer care team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (for orders within the contiguous US) and return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@yokwok.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return of the damaged item is required in most cases.

All YOKWOK products are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. Warranty periods vary by product category:
